Nick spent 10 years with a global investment bank in management and sales in London and Sydney and 11 years as an institutional equities investor in large and small cap securities in Australia before co-founding Pegasus Corporate Advisory in 2005. |

| Michael Brown Non-Executive Director LLB, AICD, MSDIA Michael Brown has held leadership and senior research positions with global investment bank teams over 17 years in Sydney, London, Hong Kong and New York before co-founding Pegasus Corporate Advisory in 2005. |

| Zhongjun Li Non-Executive Director Mr Li is the General Manager of Tianjin Keweier Metal Material Co Ltd (KWE (TJ)) in China. He is a graduate of Wuhan University of Technology and spent 10 years at Tianjin Auto Industry Company Ltd. Over the last 13 years Mr Li has built a trading and manufacturing business that specialises in magnesium products. KWE (TJ) has processing factories in Hong Kong and Tianjin and a broad experience of the global magnesium industry. Mr Li is a major shareholder in AML through KWE (HK) Investments and a major shareholder in HNKWE, AML's magnesium alloy joint-venture business in Henan Province, China. |
