Stuart Fitton has had experience in global finance and corporate advisory roles in Australia, the UK and the United States. Stuart has been employed as a senior executive with Barclays Bank, Citibank, Bain & Co and GE Capital. He is also a former finance director of MIM Holdings. Stuart brings to Advanced Magnesium an understanding of global capital markets and a wealth of management experience.

Professor Gordon Dunlop, was CEO of CAST for 10 years before joining Australian Magnesium Corporation to establish its activities in Europe. He has lead AMT’s Technical Development since 2004. Prior to CAST, he was a professor in Sweden working in the area of materials technology with many high profile Swedish metals and manufacturing companies. Gordon is an expert in the metallurgy of light alloys.

Tom Sweder

Tom Sweder has 35 years of automotive product development experience and has been instrumental in launching several new magnesium applications. He has proficiency in engine research, vehicle development and packaging, studio engineering, weight management and competitive product benchmarking. During his career at the Ford Motor Company, Tom was awarded the 'Henry Ford Technology Award' for new bumper system technology implementation and the 'Customer Driven Quality Award' for safety technology implementation. Tom has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Management.

Dr Christian Kettler has significant technical expertise in welding and recycling of magnesium. He has wide contacts in German automotive and manufacturing industry. Advanced Magnesium Technologies Europe has 5 team members who are based in Germany, Denmark and Norway from where they service the whole of Europe. This Team is particularly strong in design, metal handling and diecasting and as a result has developed a strong reputation in the European diecasting and automotive industries. The headquarters of AMT Europe is in Heidelberg, Germany.
