1. What personal information does AML collect and why?
In general, it is possible to visit the AML website without telling AML who you are and without revealing any personal information about yourself. If AML does not obtain such information through its share registry service provider, the share register may not be able to administer your investment smoothly or provide you with information about the company and its activities.
2. Does AML use cookies?
AML sometimes collects anonymous information through the use of various technologies, including ‘cookies’. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your system. Some AML pages may use cookies or other technologies to better serve you when you return to the site. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off cookies. If you do so, however, some areas of some sites may not function properly.
3. Will AML disclose your personal information to anybody else?
AML will not sell, rent or trade personal information about you to or within any third parties, except as authorised by you.

Many of AML’s business dealings are conducted internationally through its research and development activities and general trading activities. In these cases, only business contact details and information relevant for conducting business activities will be disclosed to overseas parties.
No personal information will be disclosed or sold to email listing agencies, or market research companies or other third parties unless required by law.
5. How does AML keep your personal information secure?
AML takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is electronically and physically secure, and takes all reasonable measures to ensure that any information sent over the internet is also kept secure. 6. Can anyone access the information we hold about you?
AML, through its authorised share registry service provider, Link Market Services, will allow you to access the personal information it holds about you so that you are able to update your details from time to time. You may need to provide certain information so that Link Market Services can verify your identity in order for this to occur.
Link Market Services reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing you with access to the personal information it holds about you if considerable time and expenses incurred.
AML asks that you notify Link Market Services if the information it holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, as accuracy of information is vital if your investment is to be managed smoothly.
7. Amendments
AML’s privacy policy may change from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the privacy policy. Copies of the amended privacy policy will be made available as these occur.
